The Financial Associate is responsible for bookkeeping tasks involving accounts payable, accounts receivable and some general ledger items. Maintains cash reporting daily. Works with Controller on many daily and operational projects.


Job Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Accounts Payable processing of vendor invoices and disbursement checks

  • Accounts Receivable processing, including invoicing and cash receipts

  • Daily Cash review and reconciliation

  • Data Research and reporting as required by Controller and/or CEO

  • Maintains paperless filing systems

  • Processes and distributes mail

  • Assists with Annual Audits

  • Benefits administration for existing, new, and departing staff

  • Other duties as assigned


Experience & Skills:

  • High School Diploma and/or associate degree in accounting preferred

  • At least 5 years’ experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

  • Must be able to work effectively and independently in a very fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Strong organization skills and very detail oriented

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel are essential to this position


Physical Requirements /Working Conditions:

  • This position requires an ability to sit for a long duration

SUMMARY: The Production Associate is responsible for the production of books, puzzles, framed and unframed prints, shipping and packing as well as other duties as assigned by the Production Team Lead. 

The position includes 

  • Operating manufacturing equipment

    • Hard book cover maker

    • Other bindery equipment as required

    • Puzzle deconstruction and packing

  • Packing and shipping orders 

  • Maintaining compliance with Subatomic Digital’s high standards of quality products

  • Assistance in the other areas of the production department as required.

  • Engagement with the team to understand business initiatives to improve delivery, quality, safety and improve costs.

  • Moves with a sense of purpose and urgency.

  • Completion of the released production schedule for prints, books, and puzzles within allotted production times.




  • Strong mechanical aptitude of production operations; with a preference of some manufacturing experience.

  • Ability to make decisions, communicate and problem solve. Self-motivated team player who models appropriate communication and behavior among each another.

  • Ability to get along with others, be punctual, demonstrate satisfactory attendance, and follow instructions from others.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Basic mathematical skills

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. Certificate



  • Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking

  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing

  • Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations

  • Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull weights, up to 50 pounds


REPORTS TO: This position will report directly to and takes direction from the Director of Manufacturing and the Production Team Lead

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no direct reports.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday with Weekends required November and December
